Booking Terms & Conditions
No refunds for whatever reason of full payment or deposit will be made for any cancellations made within 28 days of your booking.
All reservations will be treated as tentative and will be held for no more than two weeks pending receipt of written confirmation and the non-refundable deposit.
Children under 18 cannot be admitted to the dinner dance.
The cost of all additional services must be paid for by the end of the event.
The hotel must receive final numbers 28 days prior to the event date.
Any increase in numbers will only be accommodated subject to availability.
The person making the booking will be responsible for the behaviour of the people in their group. The hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser of any party or their guests for any damage caused by those guests whilst attending the function at the hotel.
All menus include VAT at the current rate.
No service charge is made, this is at the discretion of the guest.
Whilst taking care to honour all commitments, we regret that we will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations, however caused and limit any claim to refund monies.
The hotel reserves the right to alter any dates and services within this brochure without prior notice.
The hotel will not be liable to you for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.
